They Got Tasered?!
Douchebags getting tasered is like laughing gas to me, but Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright getting tasered makes me sad. If only Josh was in his Dubya costume. Then I'd be laughing until my throat fell out and my dating life would be over. Well, I always have a-ho.....forget it. Seriously, this shit ain't funny.
As you know, Josh and Jeffrey were arrested in Shreveport this past weekend for their involvement in some bar brawl. A part of their arrest was caught on cell phone video and it shows some gross shit.
The video reportedly shows Jeffrey getting tasered and pepper sprayed several times by the cops as he lay on his stomach in the street. TMZ reports that several officers cursed Jeffrey out and used the the "N" word towards him. Josh was trying to control the situation, but ended up getting pepper sprayed in the eyes. The video hasn't been released yet, but you know it's coming.
This is why the cops always scare the fuck out of me. I talk a big talk, but when the cops come around, I become a 4-year-old girly with a speech impediment.
And how the hell are those cops going to taser, pepper spray and curse at Jeffrey?! Obviously they never saw Basquiat.
Expect a groveling, fake ass apology from these dumbass cops in 3...2.....

I'm sorry but this is some of the funniest stuff I've EVER read! Are you serious!? Why would you expect him to act any differently? Did he not give you enough evidence, as to how psychotic he was from the get go? He must have been somewhat cute, some women like rough bossy Men. I can't even tell you if he was cute or not to be honest because we never saw each other face to face after the night i gave him my number. We never dated or had an affair, he was simply ringing my phone off the hook at all hours, leaving crazy messages and begging me to go out with him and being irritating and persistent.
after i signed the lease to my new place which is in another state (where i live now), i came back to the building to get my things (I didn't take any big furniture just our clothes and my electronics), i found the door to my apt open. i went down to talk to the manager and she told me a police officer had been IN my apartment.
i asked her why, and i knew it was the copper. She said that he asked if she had a place that he could use to set up a stakeout (as there was quite a bit of drug dealing in the neighborhood) and she told him "the young lady upstairs is moving you can probably use her place". He asked to see it and she let him in. he then asked, do you know (insert my name) and she told him that it was my place. Then he said, said something about my moving out then said he no longer needed the place.
Why did I give him my number in the first place?? I have a hostile looking buff ass police officer with a light in my face, demanding my number. you don't mess with the chicago police. Period. They will fuck you up on the spot. So i gave him the number. Don't mean i like it rough or crazy men.
El B - hahahahaha!! I guess tasering celebs could be ok, but what got me fired up is the widespread and consequence-free use of un-necessary police brutality and total racism.
Ive been arrested a bunch of times and when your freedom and safety is in the hands of a power-hungry uneducated 25 year old, all the rights that you have as an american citizen are GONE.
Ive been kicked by cops, called a worthless piece of shit, had personal belongings taken from me in front of my own eyes ("what are you gonna do junkie?") and false charges pressed against me...
ive been arrested about 7 times and ive never been read my miranda rights. NOT ONCE
Its the knowledge that once the cops have you, they can do WHATEVER THE FUCK THEY WANT, barring any legal protocol.

I can one up you on that. I was crossing the street from my apartment when a cop who was parked in front of the store i was going into,flashed his lights at me, and made me go to his car, after yelling at me through his megaphone. Then he goes "I know you!" and I said, "you don't know me..." and he said, "yes I do. I asked for your number and you gave me the wrong one." I said, "I dont give wrong numbers, if i didn't want you to have it i would just say no." then he goes "well give me your telephone number."
and im like "are you serious?" he gives me this look like, do I LOOK like I'm joking?" and kept his light trained on my face while i wrote it down.
I went into the store, came out, he kept that light trained on my ass all the way to my door. As I got upstairs to my apartment the phone was ringing so I ran into the house thinking i was about to miss an important phone call and it was teh damned cop calling to make sure i gave him teh wrong number.
he consequently, began to stalk me for 2 months until I moved to a different state.

I recall a few "odd" incidents regarding the police and minorities while living in S'port. On one occasion, one involved a man that was shot years earlier by the police that left him paraplegic; then one day he was on the street in his wheelchair and an argument ensued between he and a cop, the man felt that a cop was harassing him and began moving closer to the cop in his wheelchair, the cop ordered him to halt, when the man didn't oblige immediately, the cop shot him several times. Internal affairs cleared the cop because the officer felt threatened...several of us were scratching our heads, thinking the man is a paraplegic in a wheelchair, what was he going to do? I'm not saying all the cops in S'port are racist, but I thought that a few were trigger happy towards minorities.

Wow. That's a good story. I like stories like that. There's always bullshit in life, it's nice when life comes to the rescue now and then.
I've always had good experiences, with cops, myself. Except once, I actually gave a cop a talking to for being so rude to a cyclist that had really done nothing wrong (he was tryna get out of the way of motorist who wasn't paying attention - he didn't do anything illegal, it's just that he had to swerve, there was no way for the cop to have known it from his perspective). He just started yelling at the guy like he was a bad little kid.
I happened to be right there and I just said: "Hey you don't have to talk to him like that, he stopped when you called him and you know, he was just trying to..."
"Mind your own business," he said.
"Well, I'm a witness to this event and YOU're a civil servant. Dontcha think you should try to be civil?" He still ignored me but I just stuck around (broad daylight, busy street - I'm not crazy, after all)as they talked to him and they let him off with a warning. For what? you may ask. Good fucking question.
I hear way worse stories all the time but cops have always been nice to me for some reason.
I was raised, however, to know that an RCMP officer MAY try to kidnap and rape you so beware!
