Linzee - it is totally fair to say someone who puts themselves through cosmetic surgery such as a boob job for "vain and insecure" reasons is not fully human. If you do not love yourself how can you be fully human? You have to love yourself to truly love others.
There are women who do realize this and have there implants removed. I just wish more women and men would accept themselves how they are and not put themselves through surgery to become something they're not which is not being totally human.
