Claire Danes (the one in the red bikini) looks like a loooong piece of pulled taffy. I want to grab one of her hands, then grab one of her feet and use her like a jump rope.

Except that Perez is a media outlet--publishing junk is what he does. Still, he would have been far smarter to mask her ID. Maybe he's got some legalese on his site saying that emails become his property and are subject to publication?
A lot of these splashy cases are lawyer-driven: that is, the lawyer tells the plaintiff she's got a good case, when all the lawyer wants is airtime. Think Gloria Allred.

I thought the crux ofthe idiot's case was that she was FIRED because Perez posted her WORK e-mail address. In which case, she will lose, because that is a legitimate cause for termination. You can be fired for using company e-mail for personal use.
In fact, I bet her boss could sue HER; she caused a flood of e-mails to her employer's e-mail system.

Although she's been in a few movies I've enjoyed (Family Stone, Igby Goes Down, U-turn, Romeo&Juliet), I won't defend her because I like M. L. Parker infinitely more.... I doubt the woman suing Perez has a case. He never promised her privacy; she took her chances in sending the e-mail. It's like calling someone and leaving a long, profanity-filled message on the person's answering machine. The $25m is a meaningless number. Many states have laws preventing the plaintiff from alleging such a number in a suit for personal injury.
