Seriously--look at her arms. Those are "normal" arms, not "fat" arms. And her legs are shapely and muscular, and--like another poster said--have no cellulite.
Those stupid spandex dresses (especially the god-awful mini-dresses with the lace on the sides) make a lot of women look "fat", depending on their body shape. I'm 5'0", 105 lbs, and look like a fat slob wearing a spandex dress (the longer ones...I didn't DARE try one of those mini-things!)
White has a way of "adding weight" to people--especially on the still camera (my mom was a model in the 70's and early 80's and she taught me all of this stuff). Not to mention white-white (as opposed to off-white or winter-white) is not a good color on this girl. Her hair parted in the center plus the excessive rouge on her face (especially where it's applied--should be on the cheekbone, NOT on the cheek itself) make her face appear rounder and fuller than it really is. Add the huge round earrings and her neck looks fat, too.
The entire outfit is a "perfect storm" for making her look short, fat, cheap, and dumpy. It's a shame, because there's a very beautiful girl beneath all of that. Get thee to John Robert Powers! (do they still exist?)
