Today was day one of Christie Brinkley's divorce trial and shit got really juicy when her estranged husband, Peter Cook, took the stand. Peter started bawling when he was questioned by Christie's lawyer. Here's some scandalous shit he admitted to doing while being married:
He did sexy sexy times with his teenage mistress, Diana Bianchi, in his own officeHe paid her $300,000 to keep their nasty business on the down low
He admitted to spending $3,000 a month on internet porn

After Peter admitted all of this, his stupid fuck lawyer told the court, "For goodness sake: She's on her fourth husband. Your honor, we're here because of the self-indulgent wrath of a woman scorned." Lawyer dude better sleep with one-eye open, because divorced broads everywhere are going to hunt him down.
He also blasted Christie for wanting the trial to be made public, "What kind of a mother wants her husband flogged in public?" I'm sure Peter wouldn't mind being "flogged" in public.
Christie's lawyer told the court she paid for everything while they were married. They aren't fighting over cash though. They are fighting over custody of their daughter Sailor and their son Jack. Jack is Christie's son from Richard Taubman, but Peter adopted him.
Are they selling tickets to this show? It sounds like the only thing missing is a half-time performance. May I suggest Billy Joel?

We talked to 2 different lawyers. Both said the money given was considered a gift, even though he was lied to for years. His name was on the birth certificate-he never questioned paternity, the state did when his ex hobag wanted public assistance. The moral of the story is if you are not married-demand a DNA test before your name is put on the birth certificate.

Actually, my hubby has zero rights-since he is not the legal father of the child. This all came about because his ex was asking for support from the state (yes, she's a real winner). I always thought it was strange that she never took him to court for child support-and this was the reason why. Anyhoo, he is not the legal father, so he has no rights. And all the money he gave her for child support previous to finding out was considered a "gift". Sweet, huh?!?
The only karma that I see catching up to her now is the fact that the man she named as the father is fighting her tooth and nail in court to not have a DNA test. In a way I can't blame him-talk about a surprise.

I agree with the fact that he doesn't really want custody-he wants to make things difficult because she's made his infidelity public in a big way.
To make a long story short, 2 years ago my husband found out that a child that he thought was his (for 13 years) was not. His ex lied to him for 13 years because she "didn't want to hurt anyone". My husband still wanted full custody of him, but now she refuses to let my husband even see or talk to him. Sorry this is off topic, but some guys do want to worry about those things.

I think it is really shitty of Christy to insist on a public divorce trial, and for putting her kids in the middle of it. Shame on her. The 13 yr old boy is not even Peter's, he adopted him when she dumped that guy she was briefly married to after the helicopter crash. Peter cannot be that bad of a guy if he is willing to take responsibility for someone else's kid.

I do know a guy who wants full custody of his kid and the bitchy ex wife won't let him, cause its a way to have power over him, although they've been divorced for 4 years.
She used to tell him "Oh you go out every night and I have to stay taking care of your kid" and he was like please give him to me and you do your life like you want to. but she didn't. He's still trying to have him for more than every weekend each week.
