I agree, Debbers. Fucking zero? I wore that size at one time in my life when I was ano and I was so repelled by my own fem figure and it was pathetic. It took me a LONG time to embrace my natural curves and not hate myself and my body every time I looked in the mirror.
EMBRACE the muffin top! Embrace the back fat! As long as you're not 300 pounds it ain't gonna kill you! How many 'fit' people end up with cancer? How many 'fit' people keel over with heart attacks? More than enough to convince me that having my pie now and again ain't gonna kill me.

6' 2" and 175lbs. I've never been fat or even cosidered heavy in any sense of the word. I'm just about the same weight since High school.
I eat everything.

if she's "fat," it's not because she's too heavy, but because our perceptions have been warped by years of exposure to stick-thin models. the fashion industry needs to change before more women starve themselves literally to death trying to achieve some unhealthy, unreasonable, photoshopped "ideal" foisted upon us by the magazines, papers, and retailers that claim to "serve" us.
