Gwen Stefani is still knocked up? It feels like it's been years. She's still carrying because Gavin Rossdale is talking to E! News about their new baby's nursery. Mainly, paint colors. Celeb whoreswill talk about anything and obviously I'll post about anything.
Gavin said, "We don't know if it's a boy or a girl. Plus, we are going to put him in a black room. It'll be a goth baby so it doesn't matter if it is a boy or a girl." They don't know the sex, but they are going to put him in a black room? Someone slipped! Anyway, he's just having a laugh! They aren't going to paint the nursery black. They're just going to keep the baby in a coffin.
Besides, some dumb bitch told me that babies like black and white better. Something about how they respond to graphic, bold shit and can't see colors or something like that. I wasn't really listening because I was probably drunk. Just like I am now!

I don't get the idea of a black nursery. When babies are little, they can't really focus on anything-so they can see black and white contrasting shapes much better than they can see red or blue.
You can't force someone to be goth, and I find the idea stupid in general.
As for Gwen bleaching her hair, supposedly it is not harmful after the first trimester, and hopefully her stylist isn't applying the bleach directly on the scalp. With all the pollution we breathe, contaminated food we eat and preservatives in food-I woudln't worry about hair bleach as the worst thing a baby might be subjected to.

omg lmao michael! you're so right, babies do like to focus on black and white colors and shapes because their eyesight is horrible when they're born. that is why it is so important for women to breastfeed b/c of that bonding they share (in one way) through eye contact. the space b/n each other's faces is about the distant a baby can see, anyway. it's very powerful.

I wanted a black room as a teen as well. The most they would let me do was black curtains, black sheets, and other little stupid things like my desk. They wouldn't even let me use a strobe light in my room because they thought I was doing drugs and tripping out on it, uh, which I was, lol.

Yes, the whole thing about high contrast colors is true with babies. Hence why most infant toys tend to have a checkered pattern or whatnot. After black and white, infants tend to react to the color red. lol, enough with the baby stuff.

Actually, babies either gravitate towards either red or blue before six months.
They like contrast. Young eyes don't make distinctions well. Sharp contrasts make it easy for them to develop focus.
