Angelina Jolie did a long ass interview with Entertainment Weekly. She talks about everything, so I'm just going to post a few choice quotes, because reading the whole thing gave me a Brangie headache.
On Maddox's fascination with war and guns: "Mad, our 6-year-old, draws lots of war scenarios. He's all into war and guns. So for Mother's Day he drew a machine gun, and Brad had it made into a necklace, which is really sweet. It's really cute. I think it's really good!''Somebody let the NRA know that we've found a successor for Charlton Heston!
On wearing a vial of Billy Bob's blood around her neck:
"No! It was never a vial anyway. It was like a flower press. It was like from a slight cut on your finger and you press your fingerprint in. It was kind of a sweet gesture. I thought it was kind of romantic!"
Boring! I like the idea of a vial of blood so much better.
On how she's going to handle 6 kids:
"Well, we weren't expecting twins! So it did shock us, and we jumped to six quickly. But we like a challenge. We really don't know. His mom and dad are on standby to come out and help. And fortunately we can hire help if we need it, but we're going to try as we usually do to balance it as well as we can. I'm really spiritual. Wicca speaks mostly to me because, in the end, it's actually *less* mystic...focusing on the here and now and the responsibilities that we have to the environment that supports us. In my mind it gives us back the power taken away by the mysticism of other religions....essentially, it takes out the middle man...Mind you, just like Christianity, there are a LOT of different ways to practice Wicca.
Plus, it has sexy Gods and Goddesses;p
PS. For all that, I still think Jesus is pretty awesome:)

The excerpts of the interview aren't bad-she's probably being as honest as she knows how to be. I think a lot of celebrities aren't really honest about who they really are-they feel they need to be someone other than who they really are.
One of the issues I have with AJ is the fact that she is so overexposed-and most of the overexposure is her own fault. There are other celebrities and/or celebrity couples that were totally overexposed-and eventually people got bored and moved on. I am hoping the same thing happens with Brangelina.

The armchair psychologist in me thinks the attention-whoredom is probably a reault of her upbringing rather than an obsession with being famous - I think that thats just been the result. She's been doing ludicrous, annoying, over-the-top, attention-seeking things since she was a teenager (getting married in a t-shirt with her husband's name written in blood; heroin; snogging her bro; lesbianism; guns; knives etc). Now that's been replaced with Angelina-saves-the-world; Angelina adopts hundreds of children from around the world; but Angelina still loves playing with guns etc. The armchair psychologist in me says she's just a classic case of my father didn't pay me any attention. I know a girl who did very similar things cos her mum didn't pay her any attention as a kid: drugs, the goth thing, lots of plastic surgery, getting married young to a much older man - all designed to make her mum angry and get her attention. Its sad really, and I really don't think Angelina's any different.
HA-- I didn't say you couldn't curse at all, we all do it sometimes. When you do it every other word, however, it makes you appear unbalanced. Whether its just appearances or not, you set yourself up for it.

Mrs. Kravitz, I had my first gb attack at 16, I laid on my couch thinking I was having a heart attack and hoping for death.
