Bardot Convicted
73-year-old Brigitte Bardot was convicted by a Paris jury this morning of provoking discrimination and racial hatred for writing that Muslims are destroying France in a letter to Nicolas Sarkozy. She was fined around $23,000 and has to pay $1,555 in damages to a French anti-racism group.
The judge rejected the prosecution's request to have Brigitte's elderly ass thrown in jail for 2-months. This is her fifth race-related conviction in the past 11 years.
Brigitte, an animal activist, wrote the letter in December 2006, because she was pissed off over the Muslim feast of Aid el-Kebir, which is celebrated by slaughtering sheep. She wrote, "I've had enough of being led by the nose by this population that is destroying us, destroying our country by imposing its acts."
Her lawyer said that she will most likely not appeal because she's tired of this court shit.He said, "She has the impression that people want to silence her. She will not be silenced in her defense of animal rights."
She fucking looks spent. She needs take a load off, rest in a Calgon bath and treat herself to a bottle of Boone's Farm.

It's Joan Crawford, just because it's not uncommon for Europeans to dislike Muslims, does that make it okay to make inflammatory comments? How is that different from, say, The Nazis' disdain for the Jews, or the Kurds genocide? She is hardly the only person in Western Europe who feels disdain over the extremely large immigration of Muslims who refuse to assimilate with the rest of the culture.
I don't live there, so I can hardly judge what really is going on there, but it has been widely reported (and no, not just by Fox News). Her beef (no pun intended) is totally consistent with her outspokenness in the past. And she practices what she preaches.

I hear ya... I am so religiously disillusioned because of how I was treated both by people who were muslims (for being born to a man who was roman-catholic at birth, but converted) and by Christians, Jews, Hindus... I just don't bat for a religion anymore. It's just between God and me now...

Yeah, again, it isn't actually in the Koran. The holy book actually preaches to treat women better than you would yourself, because the gates of Heaven lie beneath the feet of a woman, who gives life. The text of the book has been twisted by the MEN in control. It's not that different from the Bible and how Its text was used to mis-treat women for hundreds of years. In fact, the Catholic Church recently announced that they would excommunicate all women priests and those who endowed priesthood on these women. Misogyny is still alive and well, and people hide behind religious texts to carry it out.

I can't believe some comments on here. You immediately support her for being racist towards Muslim, but you know nothing of the act of slaughtering sheep for Eid, or the fact that she's actually just a batshit crazy, racist, senile homophobe.
First things first, slaughtering sheep on Eid isn't a 'celebration'. The sheep are slaughtered to EAT. A third of the meat is for the family, a third for friends and neighbours, and a third for the poor. Pretty savage, right?
People are just taken aback at the word 'slaughter'. Slaughtering is the least painful way to kill sheep, as it is done in a couple of seconds and right across the jugular vein, so the animal dies quickly and painlessly. I definitely would prefer knowing that my meat is kosher that way, and in the least painful manner, as opposed to being shot or electrocuted. So why don't we all go up in arms against Muslims for slaughtering sheep? Last time I checked, that burger you had for lunch came from a cow or a pig. If you're vegetarian, more power and respect to you, but some people are ok with eating meat, and its nobody's business to try and stop anyone else.
I can go on forever, but the point is, racism, homophobia and bigotry are getting old really quick. Freedom of speech is an amazing part of the USA that I never take for granted, but wanting to eradicate an entire race just because? Please.
Hindus and Sikhs practice honor killings and the mutilation of female gentialia as well. Don't forget the murders of millions of female infants. BUT, hey, they're not Muslims, so who cares right?
