The Photoshop Awards: Angie On Vanity Fair
Holy Zahara! I think this is my 5th Brangie post of the day. I'm getting closer (not really) to my goal of 20 and then I just know something epic is going to happen. Lighting will strike me or Jello will announce the triumphant return of Jello-1-2-3.
Maddox's mommy made the cover of July's Vanity Fair. Thousands of copies will probably be covered in Brangalooie genital fluids by the end of the month. Besides her hypnotic chichis, I'm not into it. Kelly LeBrock did this look better in the 80s.

Micheal Phillips is a highly respected film critic for the Chicago Tribune. He went to Cannes to watch all the films and he is also Roger Ebert's replacement on Ebert & Roper. He knows movies. The guy is excellent.
As far as I am concerned this is a stupid argument. You don't think Angelina can act, fine, I am not gonna try and change your mind. They're plenty of actors I don't think can act but get lots of praise for their acting. So really thats up to people like you and me who decide who is a good actor and who is not. We have different views on that.

As far as Angie Jo's acting ability, I liked her in Gia and in Girl, Interrupted., but I don't feel her talent is anywhere near as impressive as people like Laura Linney, Lili Taylor, Kate Winslet, people whose acting ability is obvious.

Agreed. Angie did a good job in Gia and Girl, Interupted.. Of course, she was basically playing an extension of herself - in my opinion. The way she used to be --- yaknow, when she was fun, wild N crazy..
Now her movie choices are pitiful. I mean "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" was laughable -- it was so bad.. And "Taking Lives" with Ethan Hawke -- dreadful.. what about "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow"... or "Life or Something Like That".
She's been in some SHITTY movies!

I LOVED the series of SATC.
I just have this thing about refusing to see any Movies that were TV shows. I still haven't seen "Charlie's Angels".
I don't want to ruin any happy memories I have of any shows....too disappointing.

I had to see the David Lynch "Fire Walk With Me" since the TV series was so weird and didn't have enough answers.
I like SATC. I'm disappointed that the movie is just a re-do of season six. If you haven't heard***spoiler**** Big and Carrie break up and get back together-AGAIN. WTF??? When is that dumb bitch going to get out of that fucked up relationship with Big? Adian was great and she couldn't stand him??? I guess because he treated her well. Instead she ends up with the guy who treats her like crap??? Marries someone else, stands her up at her wedding, leads her on for years and years until he's like 65 and a peepaw?
You should only go see the movie to see the clothes. That was the only reason I saw Devil Wears Prada. But they took no chances in this film. The characters haven't evolved. Carrie hasn't learned a fucking thing.

I know what Mariane looks AND sounds like and Angelina was only halfway decent. She looked nothing like MP and she kept going in and out of the accent, especially in scenes where she was shouting or cursing. AJ is no Meryl when it comes to the accents, she just isn't. But the movie was still intriguing despite those problems.
