This Bitch Is Always Getting Sued
I thought this shit was over! Well, it's not. Lindsay Lohan has been sued by a NYC college student for allegedly stealing the girl's prized fur coat. Masha Markova claims HoHan stole her $11,000 fur while both were partying at Nachos birthday party at 1Oak in NYC. Masha thought the coat was gone forever until she saw pictures of HoHan wearing said coat in OK! Magazine. Drat! Caught in OK! Magazine.
The coat was later returned to Masha with no explanation or apology.
The papers state, "Defendant's [Lohan's] actions were intentional, oppressive and malicious and were carried out with reckless disregard for plaintiff's rights," according to the lawsuit. Plaintiff has been injured by the defendant's actions."
"Throughout this time, defendant used plaintiff's blond mink coat for her own benefit and deprived plaintiff of her rightful possession and use of her property."
Masha is seeking unspecified damages. She previously said in interviews she wanted around $10,000 as a rental fee. This bitch is crazy.
These two skanks should "talk it out" over a few lines, a couple of 69 sessions and call it a day. I mean, good luck getting $10,000 from HoHan! Can she pay Masha back in Sunset Tan gift cards?
