Latarian Milton Must Be Stopped
Remember that little 7-year-old peach who took his memaw's car for a joyride last month? He said he did it because "doing bad things is fun" and he wanted to do "hood rat stuff with friends." Well, he's struck again. Literally. Latarian Milton was taken in for a mental health evaluation after he allegedly beat down his grandma inside a Wal-Mart in South Florida over some chicken wings.
Latarian's grandma, Vikkita Stratford, told WPBF that it all started when he asked her to buy him some chicken wings at Wal-Mart. When she refused, Latarian ordered them anyway. Vikkita went to confront him and that's when the party started.
She said, "He just started hitting me -- just started hitting me in front of the whole Wal-Mart. Every one in there was upset." Latarian was taken to a local hospital by police for a 72-hour mental health evaluation. Vikkita blames his parents. She said all he has "ever seen was his parents do physical and abusive and verbal things."
She also worried about what might happen once he gets released. She better be! Vikkita better lock all her doors, sleep with a bat by her bed and keep a necklace of garlic around her neck. Scratch that garlic. He'll just eat the garlic necklace right off of her.
I mean, he beat his grandma over Wal-Mart's chicken wings? That shit isn't even chicken! It's probably rat meat. He beat his poor grandma over rat meat!
This is reason #456 on why I don't have kids. The minute Latarian put his hands on me, I would immediately blackout. I would wake up in a padded room, in a straitjacket with a morphine drip in my arm.

i find that uneducated, ignorant parents end up raising uneducated, igorant kids, regardless of race. i bet that there were a few bad kids that stood out, which you perceived as most of them being bad. it is such an unfortunate situation for good parents with good kids who live in the inner city (i know a lot of people like this) who are forced to put their kids in these horrible schools because of lack of money. they have to go to the worst schools, and with few exceptions, end up getting the worst jobs. it's a horrible, almost never ending cycle that is VERY hard to break. i know a girl who went to public schools in the bronx and has made it to college (community college, but still college) barely being able to read. she can read and write, but on the level of someone in elementary or junior high school.
I used to watch Jamie Oliver's show about school lunches... considering what a fat fuck this piece of trash is I wouldn't be surprised if his diet had A LOT to do with his 'attitude'.

Let me tell you that just today I took my kid on a field trip, and I have some interesting things to report. The groups of Hasidic children were extreeeeemely well-behaved. I didn't see what they were eating for lunch, but I was very impressed with how obedient and respectful they were. The groups of inner-city NYC public school kids (yes, I DO mean they were mostly black) were pretty uncontrollable. They mostly had Funyuns and soda and Doritos for lunch (there were many overweight kids, too). They were hitting each other and running amok. The kids in my daughter's class were very well-behaved, too. All the parents brought sandwiches and fruit and water to drink. The most junk-food thing I saw were Pepperidge Farm goldfish and madeleines.
It was depressing.

My fiance's mother, uncle and 2 aunts are all teachers and I swear.. I never want to go into that line of work.
Fiance's mom gets SO stressed out over her job b/c of the kids, b/c of the school and b/c of the parents, she literally breaks down into tears over it and she's not a weak person.
His uncle also pretty much has a nervous breakdown in his classes b/c his kids are so aweful towards him. Show absolutely no respect.
My godmother teaches either kindergarten, or 1st grade- i forget which one- in catholic school and is also constantly stressed out over those brats. she said the little boys are all of what- 6 or 7 years old- and already saying vile, sexual things to the little girls, and even touching them inappropriately! i'm sorry, but i dont remember that happening in my school when i was little and im 21. kids are just getting worse, and worse, and worse. it's very, very sad and quite scary.

I worked in a children's mental health unit for two years. I can confirm firsthand that this is the absolute mildest thing an abused child can do when they get upset.
I was bitten, hit, kicked, spit on, and had many, many different objects thrown at me. I had coworkers who were stabbed with pencils/pens, and one who had his thumb torn out of joint. And these things were all done by children under 14 years old.
Abused children do not have the same resources that regular kids do. They don't know how to regulate their emotions or deal with stress in any way. Children are like little parrots, if the only thing they ever see is violence, or their constantly kept in a fear-state with sexual abuse, they become like animals, locked in a fear-response state when in stressful situations.
We had kids come in who were so abused, they still wet the bed at 13, and didn't know how to eat with utensils. I have seen children punch their own genitals and chew the inside of their own faces because of abuse. I've read some of the most unimaginably vile things in their case files, things that would give you nightmares.
Please keep in mind that a boy like this one has not received adequate parenting. This coupled with possible mental issues creates a little person incapable of responding in a rational manner. He needs help and inpatient treatment.
Wow that's soo sad. are their any silver linings to the stories of the kids you worked with, did the treatment help any of them. I hope so, than we know this little boy Latarian might actually have a future.

My grandma was a tough, old lady. She was 86 and threatened to beat me with her framed picture of baby Jesus if I don't stop jumping on her bed. I never did that again.
No doubt she would've have beaten this kid with one swipe of the hand. Kids need to be punished, otherwise they'll think they deserve anything and everything (duh).
