Nick Hogan Gets 8 Months In County Jail
Nick Bollea aka Nick Hogan was sentenced to 8 months in county jail starting immediately. 17-year-old Nick pleaded "no contest" on charges of felony reckless driving. The charges stem from a car crash last August which left his passenger and friend, John Graziano, with serious brain injuries. Nick was racing another car at speeds up to 100mph when his car hit a palm tree. A few hours later, booze was found in his bloodstream.
John will most likely spend the rest of his life in a nursing home.
The judge also suspended his drivers license for 3 years. He was also given 5 years probation, 500 hours of community service and he cannot drink during his probation. He will have to complete a booze education program within the year.
The judge heard statements from the Graziano family as well as the Bollea family. Brooke's stupid ass got up there looking like a call girl on her lunch break, crying about how "this is why she hates being a celebrity." It's all about her!
Before being sentenced, Nick told the judge, "I'll never, ever be able to tell John 'sorry' enough times to make up for what happened on Aug. 26. I loved John to death. He was like my oldest brother and my best friend. I'm ready to take my punishment."
I hope he's ready to take big cock too, because that's what he's going to have to do in jail. If you ask me, this dumb whore got off easy.

Oh God, good luck with that. We had movers who turned up on time to take our stuff. We moved from MA to NY. We left after they did, but for some reason, they got there six hours late. They showed up after MIDNIGHT. My poor stepson, who was 6 at the time, just gave up and fell asleep on the floor. He didn't wake up the whole time we got our stuff moved in. He fell asleep on the floor and woke up the next day in a fully made bed with all his stuff in his room.

I feel sorry for him because im sure he didn't mean to hurt his friend. I would be pissed if it was intentional. His friend willingly got in the car with someone who was drag racing and had been drinking. That was a choice his friend made and suffered for. Unfortunately. I wish the outcome had been different.

Bottom line is this drunk driver, in the eyes of the judge, broke the law. If he had parents with no money, he would of gotten at least 2 years. I don't fucking care what mistake the passenger made. This court case was not "The State of Florida against car passenger", it was Nick's day to hear his punishment. And he got off easy.

Did anybody else think the statements made by the Hogans were incredibly self-serving? "Boohoo... we're a celebrity family and Nick struggles with the intense media attention."
My opinion? Shut the hell up, you asshats. Granted, Hulk Hogan was a celebrity before the reality show, but nobody gave a crap who Nick or Brooke were before their parents put them on camera.
Hulk Hogan brought all the media attention on himself and his children by signing up for that show. I hope he's getting the big bucks from American Gladiators, because he's going to cleaners between his divorce and the pending civil suit.

It's fine that we disagree. I know you are trying to see things from Nick's side. I try to do that sometimes, but I also remind myself to look at the hard facts. In this case, there is no real evidence that Nick is remorseful or responsible. He could be, maybe we would be, but he has done nothing to show that. His family's statements seem pretty nasty.

I think that he should have got more time then 8 months. I think 2 1/2 years would have been better. It's in the middle of what the maxium sentence COULD have been.

At least in New Jersey where I am from, it is illegal to ride in the front of a car without a seatbelt. It's legal to not wear one in the backseat. I dunno what the laws of that state are.
But yeah, if that is the case, John is partially responsible, but I still think that Nick Hogan is largely to blame.
