This Tranny Needs To Be On Some Sort Of Government List

Miley Cyrus was at the Coffee Bean in Malibu when some crazed tranny (not confirmed, but I'm guessing) approached her for an autograph. Apparently, the girl goes around asking celebrities to sign her body and then has their signature permanently tattooed.

It looks like tranny also has Fran Drescher, Jenny McCarthy and Kelly Ripa. I shudder to think who's signature she might have on the other parts of her body. I'm sure she has Eddie Murphy's signature on her left nut.
