Phoebe Price has a boyfriend! How could a gorgeous angel sent from heaven break my heart into a million pieces? No, I'm happy for PP. Hopefully I can be the flower girl at their wedding. I'll throw chicken cutlets into the aisle instead of flower petals. PP's new boyfriend is Rick from TMZ. He does videos for them. Now PP can have her picture taken anytime she wants. PP was out shopping on Rodeo Drive yesterday with her mother, Flora, and her dog, Henry. Whenever I say "shopping" in regards to PP, I really mean "pap-hunting."
