Britney's only been out of the hospital for a few hours and there's already a media shit storm. Shortly after Brit arrived back at home, she was back on the road where several paps cars followed her along with choppers up above. Several local news stations had a live stream of Brit driving through Beverly Hills. She was apparently with a bodyguard. He drove most of the time. They stopped into the Beverly Hills Hotel, but this shit is madness.
