Did Somebody Order The Chicken Cutlet Special?

Chicken cutlets with a side of H.A.M! Phoebe Price came out last night for the opening of a Stop & Shop in Boise, Idaho. NO! She came out for the premiere of that boring ass Dance War TV show. Phoebe looked lovely in a "I Heart Paris" dress. Unfortunately, Paris Hilton wore that same dress on New Year's Eve. PP probably bought Paris' hand-me-down at Out of the Closet. She's a thrifty shopper.
