Did He Cheat?

Yesterday I reported that Sean Penn and Robin Wright were over. Today, there are allegations about him possibly cheating on her, according to USWeekly.

They are reporting that Sean first filed for divorce on December 7th, but changed his mind and had it dismissed on December 18th. THEN three days later, Robin filed her own divorce papers, listing irreconcilable differences as the reason. USWeekly reports that four days before she filed, Sean was seen dining “very young, very attractive” brunette at San Francisco’s Café de la Presse restaurant. 

I mean, he could have just been having dinner with someone? Doesn't mean he was cheating, right? Yeah... nevermind. I could never see how she could stay married that long to his miserable ass. I can't believe it took her 11 years to figure it out. Who will he beat up over this?
