Katherine Heigl Would Like To Clear Something Up
29-year-old Katherine Heigl told Vanity Fair that she felt "Knocked Up" was "a little sexist" and that it "paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as lovable, goofy, fun-loving guys." She said it was even hard for her to watch. Bitch wants to clear things up. Of course she does.
She told People , "It's important to me to take a minute and clarify the quote about Knocked Up in Vanity Fair. I was responding to previous reviews about the movie the interviewer brought to my attention. My motive was to encourage other women like myself to not take that element of the movie too seriously and to remember that it's a broad comedy."
"Although I stand behind my opinion, I'm disheartened that it has become the focus of my experience with the movie. The truth is, it was the best filming experience of my career. Every person that was a part of making Knocked Up helped to encourage, support and inspire me. I never intended for anyone to think otherwise."
So when you said it was a little sexist, what you really meant was that it was a little sexist, but don't take that part too seriously? Ok, that makes sense now. Katherine, when I said you're a dumb bitch whore slut skank idiot, what I really meant to say was that you're a dumb bitch whore slut skank idiot, but don't take that part too seriously!
I'm sure it was the greatest film experience of her life so far. It was either Knocked Up or the Bride of Chucky . Hmm....I wonder which one I'd choose?
