Emergency Hearing Anyone?

 
Here we go again! So KFed's attorney is still trying to get Brit Brit banned from driving with her kids. Mark Vincent Kaplan asked The Commish yesterday, "We're asking that she personally shouldn't be the driver of the children."
 
The Commish didn't rule on it yet, but now TMZ may have given him a reason to. They have video of Brit blowing a red light last night with her kids in the backseat and the monitor ducking down to avoid photographers.
 
In the video Brit drives into the intersection while someone screams "Red light!," but she continues anyway.  
 
She also covered her mouth with her cell phone suggesting that she might've pricked 'em even more. It just doesn't stop!  
 
To be fair to Britney where she comes from they don't have red lights. Shit, I don't think they even have electricity!
