It's Doogie Howser aka Neil Patrick Harris. Leave it to the celebrity gays to put together a good Halloween costume. His costume is actually sort of sexy. Imagine staring at that thing while he's giving it to you. Don't tell me you aren't a little turned on or maybe I should keep my fantasies to myself.
