Brit's Swollen Lips (NO! Not Those Lips!)

BS was covering her lips while coming out of a medical clinic in Beverly Hills yesterday. This was after she tried to do murder to TMZ (see below). TMZ got a shot of Brit while she wasn't covering her mouth and it looks like she got a little enhancement.

Honestly, I can't really tell the difference! It looks greasy, but maybe she just finished eating a fried chicken dinner!

If she did get a little injection, she got the wrong lips plumped. The lips down below need more "lifting up" than the ones on her face.
