I Knew It!

 

Pete Doherty spoke with BBC 6Music today and said he wasn't "sure about complete abstinence" from drugs. He spoke out about his recent time in the tank and how he's dealing with kicking off drugs.

 

He said, "I'm healthy, physically, a bit wobbly. I'm not sure about complete abstinence [from drugs]. But it's a 12 step philosophy. It's one day at a time I suppose."

 

"Apparently I've got loads of self-esteem issues. I thought I was alright!"

 

Petey's also hoping that he's semi-sober he'll be able to see his favorite football team. He said, "Last time I went the club secretary threatened to resign and I had to leave at half time!" 

 

I like his way of thinking. Slowly ween yourself off drugs. I'll only shoot up 6 times today, then 5 times tomorrow and so on.....yeah that's smart. Petey off drugs is like Britney with panties. It makes sense, but it's probably not going to happen.

 

That's an old picture of Petey. I just can't let go of the old, crackhead mess just yet.
