Just One Night

 

Britney Spears showed up to court this afternoon even though she was supposed to show up this morning! Better late than never. BS was there to ask the Commissioner to give her overnight visitation rights.

 

He gave her one night a week! With him. No, one overnight monitored visitation with SPF and JJ . The court will have to approve who the monitor is and they will not be identified. Lawyers for KFed and BS will decide who that monitor will be. Earlier today Brit's lawyer asked if Lynne Spears could be the monitor since Brit has "trust issues"

 

For now the current monitor will be keep their job until the lawyers decide on somebody else.

 

Both lawyers compromised and agreed to the one night a week visit and it was approved by the commissioner. Brit wanted more, KFed wanted less. KFed apparently gave in and let Brit have more time with the boys.

 

They will all be back in court on October 26th.

 

SPF and JJ are probably like "Woo Hoo! Midnight Margaritas for us again!"
