Vintage Phoebe Price

 

A Dlisted reader sent me this gorgeous picture they claim is Phoebe Price back in 1990. She went by Denise Price back then. It was taken when PP ran for Senior homecoming queen at Walker High School. I'm not sure if she won or not. She would've had my vote. 

 

Who knew this little Southern girl would grow up to become the International beauty known as Phoebe Price!?
