Jack Bauer Is Not Above The Law!

They got another one kids! Kiefer Sutherland was arrested last night in West Hollywood for DUI! Kief was pulled over by the po-po at around 1:35am for making an illegal u-turn. They gave him a breath test which he failed.

He was released at 5:42am on $25,000 bail. Kief is 5'10" and weighs 150 lbs. In case that age old question about his height and weight has been haunting you. He will face a judge on October 16th.

I cannot WAIT for the mugshot. You know Kief gives good mug. This is also not surprising. Kief is a drunken mess most of the time. This is also a great reason to post that amazing video of his ass attacking a Christmas tree.

Julia Roberts is probably so relieved she left him at the altar!
