She Totally Got That Dress In Tijuana

 

Debra Messing was spotted in NYC by Celebrity Babylon wearing a dress I swear she got in Tijuana, Mexico. If you've been there you know what I'm talking about. My mom had like 50 of those dresses in the 80s in every damn color. They were like $1 each and my mom would even try and negotiate lower! Cheap!
