That Must've Been Some Quarrel

 

Owen Wilson is currently in stable condition and recovering at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles after he allegedly slit his wrists and tried to overdose on sleeping pills. The New York Post  reports that Owen tried to off himself after he had a terrible fight with a close friend.

 

Sources told the paper that Owen was engaged in a vicious fight with a friend shortly before the incident. He was found all bloody and nasty by one his brothers. Owen released a statement yesterday asking for privacy and all that.

 

Other sources say that Owen has been suffering from depression on and off for years.

 

I'd be depressed too if I dated Kate Hudson.

 

I still don't buy the whole suicide thing for some reason. It sounds like it's a cover up for a coke overdose. You'd sympathize with someone a lot more if you found out they were depressed and tried to take an early meeting with the devil instead of overdosing on drugs. Right?

 

That being said, I feel bad for the dude. As soon as he gets out of that hospital, he's going to have some explaining to do. Merry Miller should totally get the first interview.
