The Lesser Of Two Evils?

 
According to TMZ , KFed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, filed papers today on behalf of his client. KFed apparently wants more custody of SPF and JJ. Brit and KFed currently share 50/50, but over the past few weeks he has threatened to demand more custody if she continues her crazed ways.
 
The papers are under seal, so it's unclear how much custody KFed wants. It's been rumored that he wants full custody.
 
I guess he's the better parent? It's like asking me what would I rather eat? Shit or vomit? Brit is obviously effing up, so why not let KFed streer the ship for a while?! I mean it's not like it's a big deal, it's just two lives we're talking about!!!
