Star Magazine reports that Lindsay Lohan found love in rehab and when he left Promises, she flew into a rage and that's what started her downward spiral leading to her arrest. Um...she's been on a downward spiral for at least 3 years!

According to Star Lindsay met a married dude from the Midwest at Promises and the two started a secret romance.

A source said, “He was a married guy from the Midwest with a nice body. He was having fun with Lindsay. She called him her ‘rehab boyfriend.’ They would fool around all the time. And they weren’t just kissing. He was in her room often.”

The source claims that Blohan completely lost it when it was time for her rehab boyfriend to leave. “She completely freaked out! She started screaming, ‘Don’t leave me! Don’t leave me! If you leave I am going to die!’”

“She cut her left wrist so badly, there was blood everywhere – on her clothes, on her face, in her hair. She was screaming, ‘He can’t go’ and sobbing.”

This source claims that Lindsay has "cut herself" and threatened to kill herself at least 5 other times.
