Celebrity Babylon claims to have exclusive information saying that the engagement between the two nimrods of MTV Heidi and Spencer is fake. CB also says they have video of papz talking about setting up a photoshoot and how they made $30k off of bluffing their romance.

An MTV insider claims to say, "It's an arrangement that suits both of them. They won't be walking down the aisle, they will go through the motions of planning a wedding, and then have a big break-up that will get lots of press. All caught on camera by photographers, of course."
