Phoebe finally showed her face yesterday at the 4th anniversary of a Waffle House in Sarasota, FL. NOOOO! She's high class. She showed up at the Sonya Dakar Emmy Lounge for some free shit which I'm sure she's going to sell on eBay to pay her rent. Oh, how I love this woman.
