Brit Brit Spears is out of rehab, but that doesn't mean KFed will hand over JJ and SPF. KFed along with Brit's mother and his mother have been taking care of the boys while Brit was in the tank. He will maintain full custody and Brit will have visitation rights. She will slowly take over custody as she proves herself.

The two have apparently also figured out a divorce settlement. Britney will reportedly give KFed $20 million for their two year divorce. He will also receive half of the sale from their Malibu mansion.

Britney being a drunken mess is the best thing to happen to KFed. Go figure. Not only does he come out looking like father of the year, but he also is getting away with $20 million plus! He's totally going to smoke up all that dough.

Last night Jenna Jameson went to her MySpace to address why she looks like a snail without its shell. She blamed her ex-husband saying he's crazy and has sucked the hot out of her. Well, Justin Sterling answered to Jenna on his MySpace:

It's funny how individuals always believe their own bullshit.. or basically their side of the story… as flamboyantly as they might want to tell it. Peeps will convince themselves that the shit they spout out of their mouths is the truth and that it justifies everything in their lil realm of reality!! This is man's/woman's best justification of actions and feelings. I love to call it the "Denial Zone". There are always 3 sides to the story and only one side to the truth.. It's a funny theory, but it is a reality of life. People in general will always try to blame someone or some thing else for their own faults, inadequacies and/or weaknesses… this is a classic scenario and the best form of defiance! At some point in all of our lives we have to face… REALITY .. and the majority of the times its is not fun, exciting, or something anyone wants to deal with. This is when the real people .. the ones with integrity and honesty step out from the pack. I recently read a blog from someone blaming their physical appearance on circumstances and situations.. all of which are completely self perpetuated, on a victim or stress and circumstances. At some point you just have to be honest with yourself… as much as it might hurt and say.. I need help, my life and what I am doing is wrong! At which poijnt you need to become proactive in the rectification of the situation. The saddest point about all of this is that most people have to hit rock bottom b4 they realize this simple truth….this is heart breaking to everyone that loves and supports that person. I always ask myself …why does it have to get this??? For the people that love and try to help.. well… we have an inherent flaw that is in most of us.. we want to help… we always want to come to the rescue; and the person in need has no control; abuses and consumes .. consumes like a psychic vampire! Thse are just truths in life i like to pass on.. if they fit in your scenario of life, then appreciate them. I will never use this forum as a personal place to verbally slaughter people and/or personas…. This is a place where I can rant and express….. My theory to life is something that I believe to be helpful… that's it! Take it for what it's worth. I will do a blog later about what is happing in life…the last 4 weeks have been SIIIIIIKKKKK!!!!! That I will save for the next blog...

Vivica Fox is the latest celebrity ho to get busted for DUI. Vivie was driving a black Escalade on the 101 freeway in the San Fernando Valley when cops caught her going 80mph. They performed a sobriety test which Vivie FAILED! She was arrested, taken to jail and given two breathalyzers which were over the legal limit.

She was released and ordered to appear in court.

They stopped her for going 80? I think I've gone 90 on that very freeway. I guess this DUI thing is a trend now.

The little crying girl from last night's "American Idol" has been revealed. She's 13-year-old Ashley Ferl from Riverside and she was paid to cry for Sanjaya. No! She said she was just so excited to be there. The family won tickets for a taping of "Smarter Than a 5th Grader" on a website. The tickets also included attending the dress rehearsal for Idol. At the dress rehearsal young Ashley turned on the waterworks and producers quickly noticed and asked the family to attend the live taping. I see how it is.

Ashley said she's rooting for "Sanjaya, Melinda, Gina and Jordin" and would not say who her favorite was.

Isn't 13 a little old for that kind behavior? I thought she was like 8. Damn, at 13 I was crying alright, but that's because the boy next door was a little too big. I'm joking! He wasn't that big.

There might be a reason as to why Naomi Campbell is showing up to community service every morning looking like she's about to step on a damn runway. One of the photographers in the crowd every morning is Steven Klein. Steven shot Naomi for the cover of W Magazine in July.

Rumor has it that the spread will include Naomi in full community service garb and also her shots from walking to work. W has declined to comment.

She does look pretty hot going to work. I hope she locks her stuff up, because if I was doing community service with her I'd be going through her locker and selling her stilettos and coats on eBay!

JLo is in Barcelona to promote her album "Como Ama Una Mujer" which I think already is a huge hit over there. She performed on a TV show and then held a photocall this afternoon. I must say that she looks a lot better without that walking dead of a husband.

Woody Harrelson's papa je'e was in the slammer for murdering a Federal judge. Well, he suffered a heart attack and died last week. Charles Harrelson was serving 2 life sentences at the Supermax federal prison in Colorado when police people found his ass straight-up dead.

Back in 1979 a drug dealer hired Charles to murder a Judge, because the dealer didn't want that judge to preside over his trial.

Woody was just 7 when his father was sent to Prison. He had no comment on his father's passing.

No wonder Woody's addicted to the weed.

Nicole Richie's rep explained to People magazine that her dumbass keeps passing out on the set of The Simple Life, because she has hypoglycemia.

Hypoglycemia occurs when your blood sugar levels are too low to give your body energy.

Her rep said, "In her ongoing effort to focus on her well-being, Nicole has recently been diagnosed with hypoglycemia. [She] is taking steps to manage it.”

I know plenty of hos with this crap and they don't faint and crap. They eat healthy and fine. Unless this dumb bat has an extreme case, she can easily control it by EATING healthy things.
