TMZ is reporting that KFed has apparently asked a judge for an emergency hearing tomorrow to discuss the custody of JJ and SPF. A court spokesperson confirms that KFed and his attorney will meet before a judge tomorrow. The couple currently share joint custody temporarily with Brit Brit getting primary custody. With her recent issues and being in and out of rehab, who knows? DAMN! Let KFed have a shot, why not? At least we'll have hot kids of JJ and SPF smoking joints at Pure!

Howard K. Stern told the court today that Anna Nicole Smith paid his way. She paid for travel expenses, rent, meals, you name it. He says he made "$60,000 - $70,000" in 2002 and had to borrow money from his parents to pay his way currently. He also confessed that he stands to make 6% of Anna's share of J. Howard Marshall's estate. He also spoke about Anna's drug use. He said that she took medication for depression and said, "It's not like Anna was medicated all the time. Marcia Cross and husband, Tom Mahoney, have welcomed twin girls to this cruel world. Eden and Savannah are Marcia's first children. They were born at a Los Angeles area hospital yesterday. Tom and Marcia wed in June. Marcia was put on bed rest for Desperate Housewives and all her scenes have been shot at her own home. The set designers were forced to create the sets in the rooms of Marcia's house. You can totally tell. It looks awful. I mean why didn't they just put her in a coma until she's well enough to work? Xtina has shot down claims she's pregnant with her first child with husband, Jordan Bratman. Xtina reportedly went shopping at Bellini, a children's clothing store in Beverly Hills, where an employee claims she heard Xtina tell a total stranger she was expecting. The employee said, "They seemed really excited. She was talking to (another customer) and she said she took a home pregnancy test and that it was positive. She kept saying they'd have to come back when they knew the sex of the baby." Her rep denied it all! She said she wasn't shopping there and isn't knocked up. Britney Spears every move has been recorded since she left rehab this morning. She apparently headed to a tattoo parlor, but it was closed. After that she headed to a lawyer's office on Sunset Blvd. In a blonde wig and brown hat, Brit met with Blair Berk, a hot shot criminal defense lawyer. It's unlikely she met with Blair about her divorce. She's already being represented by Laura Wasser.

It's rumored that she possibly met with Blair to help her battle the paparazzi. Blair helped Reese Witherspoon with that same kind of issue. Now I have a black heart made of stone, but for some reason this is making me sad. I thought it was funny at first, but she clearly has some kind of major issues. Maybe, she's addicted to meth? Ugh, I really wish she would take her family to Lousiana away from Hollywood. She's just like that girl Lucky she used to sing about.

Gwen Stefani confirmed that she will reunite with No Doubt to record a new album due out next year. Their last full, original studio album was "Rock Steady" in 2001. Since then Gwen has been busy pushing out a baby and pushing out two solo albums. She said, "I got an idea in my head about what we could do and now that's all I can think about - doing a No Doubt record." If you ask me, she should've done this instead of the second solo album. Her solo stuff is alright, but she'd be nothing without their asses and it's nice to see her getting back to her roots. Source
