Jay Pays
Jay Leno received criticism after most of his non-striking staff was laid off and given shitty ass holiday bonuses. Jay and NBC are apparently on damage control. Jay has agreed to pay 80 laid off workers for at least the next week out of his own pocket. It could be extended if the strike goes beyond that.
Employees told The Hollywood Reporter that they were pissed, because Jay said they would be okay. He talked about possibly bringing in guest hosts without a monologue, so that they could keep their jobs. None of this happened.
One staffer said, "A lot of people don't want to work for Jay anymore. His true colors have shown. We were told he won't cross the picket line until David Letterman or Conan O'Brien do so that he can look like the good guy to the WGA."
You know Letterman and Conan are loving this. Take Jay down! They are probably having a few laughs over martinis.

Miss Puerto Rico Has Some Explaining To Do
Police in Puerto Rico said they found no traces of pepper spray in Ingrid Marie Rivera's clothes or make-up. Ingrid won Miss Puerto and claimed someone tried to sabatoge her by putting pepper spray all over her shit. Many became suspicious, because she was able to keep her composure while onstage.
A police spokesperson said, "I guess she has a lot of explaining to do." He said a dress and make-up brush that was turned over to police contained no traces of capsicum, pepper spray's active ingredient. He went on to say that if anybody provided false info to the police they will be charged with a felony.

24-year-old Miss Puerto went on the "Today" show last week and denied she made it all up. “It’s not a nervous reaction. It’s not made up. It’s a beauty pageant, why would I do that to myself?”
Um....to win? She will complete in Miss Universe this Summer. Now that she's used the pepper spray thing, she's going to have to step it up. I totally sense an accidental amputation coming on.

Will Smith told People Magazine that his 7-year-old daughter, Willow, is the next Paris Hilton.
He said, "And Willow is Paris Hilton. Willow wants to be on TV."
He's comparing his daughter to Paris Hilton? Jada Pinkett better dyke slap her homo husband for that! I'm pretty sure his daughter is nothing like Paris and if she is he better get her therapy NOW.

Here's Jenna Elfman and baby Story at the Scientology Christmas Stories pageant last night in Los Angeles. Sounds like fun. A room full of loons dressing up like they were 12 and acting out gay stories. How the hell did Tommy Girl miss this event? He should've been Miss Christmas Alien at this pageant.
Jenna celebrated the season with Kelly Preston, Chris Masterson, Bijou Phillips, Danny Masterson, Laura Prepon, Erika Christensen and Efren Ramirez.
