Caitlyn Jenner Wished Everyone But Tristan Thompson A Happy Father’s Day
Yesterday was Father’s Day, which I believe is the 11th most important holiday in the Kardashian-Jenner family after all the their birthdays, the anniversary of the invention of Botox, Christmas, and Momager’s Day. Caitlyn Jenner decided to wish all her favorite Kardashian-Jenner dads a Happy Father’s Day on social media. Well, all except KUWTK Season 16’s current male villain.
Caitlyn Instagrammed a gallery containing seven pictures in honor of all the dads. She wrote:
“To all the dads in my life – happy Father’s Day! Starting with my father, a World War Two veteran. Dad, Burt, Brandon, Kanye, Rob, Scott, and Travis – Happy Father’s Day!”
Blac Chyna probably saw that list and thought, “Correction, Caitlyn – Rob is a terrible Kardashian-Jenner father. He won’t even let his own daughter expand her brand with an appearance on my new reality show!”
TMZ points out that Caitlyn covered every single daddy base except for Khloe Kardashian’s daughter True’s father, Tristan Thompson, and that it was most likely intentional. Someone’s trying to get back into the family’s good graces. And what better way than a mean-spirited, attention-grabbing social media stunt? She might spell her name with a C, but she really is a K at heart.
Caitlyn obviously got the memo that Tristan Thompson is in the shit house at the moment. His name has been dragged through the mud on KUWTK (as they cover the whole Tristan-cheating-with-Jordan Woods scandal). Khloe recently tried to set the record straight in her Instagram stories about the truth about Tristan, which is basically that Khloe is 100% innocent and had no idea Tristan had a pregnant girlfriend when they got together. TMZ says that Khloe wasn’t done making Tristan look like the bad guy on Instagram. She posted a quote to her Instagram stories prior to Father’s Day that read: “Reminder: you cannot change a person who doesn’t see an issue in their actions.” As well as this piece of passive-aggressive advice:
As far as posting anything for Father’s Day on Instagram, Khloe skipped that and didn’t post anything about her father or Tristan.
I’m sure she wanted to post something shady on Father’s Day, but Caitlyn got around to it first. Since Khloe didn’t want to accidentally slip up and spoil anything from a future episode of KUWTK, the heavy lifting was left up to Caitlyn. And she did a good job. Although I have a feeling Caitlyn was just a bit shadier in her first draft. “Let’s see…how about ‘To all the dads that didn’t ditch their kids when something better came along.’ Hmmm…why does that one feel a little too personal?”
