Chris Pratt And Katherine Schwarzenegger Can’t Wait To Procreate
Tick-tock, The Bump Watch Clock is wound up and ready to go. Much to the surprise of absolutely no one, Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger plan on procreating as soon as humanly possible. Like yesterday. Or, more likely, like 2 months ago. They haven’t even been married a week but, according to People, The Prattenegger can hardly wait to utter the lines “I’ll be fat” because getting pregnant is the best Get Out of Keto Jail For Free card there is. For both parties!

A source tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue that the newlyweds, who tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on Saturday, are ready to add a baby to the picture. Pratt, 39, shares 6-year-old son Jack with ex-wife Anna Faris, and Schwarzenegger, 29, has often been seen bonding with the little guy.
“She can’t believe how much her life has changed since meeting Chris,” the source says of Schwarzenegger. “He was very clear with his intentions from the start, and she has never felt so loved and safe. They both feel so blessed to have found each other, and they can’t wait to expand their family as soon as possible.”
Sources also report that Katherine was perfectly happy with the chaste courtship between her and Chris which often included Jack, Chris’ son with ex-wife Anna Faris. God knows there’s nothing less romantic than hanging out with a cranky, attention starved toddler, even if he does bring his adorable kid along.
“Katherine never minded that her dates with Chris many times involved a kid activity, like a matinee movie, or going to Disneyland,” said the source. “Katherine is like a big kid and loves doing activities with Jack. She loves that Chris is a dad.”
I’m sure Katherine will be a wonderful stepmom to Jack. I’m not so sure about Chris, given his history with shelter animals, becoming a wonderful stepdad to Katherine’s brood of rescue dogs. Maybe she can have him as a guest on her Pedigree sponsored podcast “The Dog That Changed Me” where each episode she talks to a guest “about how their decision to rescue a dog has made them into the person they are today”. How do you say “I wish you would” in Chihuahua?
While she decides if that’s a good idea or not, I hope she and Chris can enjoy some quality time alone together as a married couple before she starts to show. They probably have just about enough time to binge watch The Complete Works Of Kirk Cameron on PureFlix.
