Barbra Streisand’s Little Clones Paid Tribute To Their “Mother”
All the stores in Barbra Streisand underground mall are closed and the needlepoint “Bless This Mess” banner, I’m sure she has in her living room, has been lowered to half mast in loving memory of Sammie, Babs’ beloved Coton de Tulear. Sammie walked this earth from May 2003 – May 2017. And then again, and again. Shortly after Sammie’s death, Barbra introduced the world to Scarlet (aka Sammie 2) and Violet (Sammie 3), the clones she had made from her DNA. Yesterday, Barbra posted a picture on Instagram of the new Sammies and their “cousin” Fanny (Fanny came from the same breeder as Sammie, but does not share her DNA) propped up on Original Recipe Sammie’s grave looking like a fresh crop of mushrooms after a particularly damp spring.
I can’t tell if this is a cursed image or a divine image; miracle or abomination.

All I know is I wouldn’t get between Barbra and her hellhound protectors even if the fate of humanity was at stake. Barbra is obviously very invested in her pups but I have a sneaking suspicion she can’t actually tell Scarlet and Violet apart. I think that’s why she keeps cousin Fanny in the middle all the time. Whenever Barbra shares a picture of the pack, the Sammies are wearing little vests with their names printed on them, and Fanny has to make do with the fur God gave her to keep her warm. Thankfully the fur God hands out is warmer than the fur Barbra gave the pups when she was playing God.
Poor cousin Fanny must have one helluva complex. No matter how hard she tries, she’ll never measure up to the fucking Sammies.
