Terrence Howard And His Wife Are Under Investigation For Tax Evasion

The Blast is reporting that Terrence Howard is now under federal investigation for criminal tax evasion. I guess Terrence realized that Empire wouldn’t last forever and so he was trying to keep those riches safe. He saw Jussie Smollett get off for his alleged crimes and was like, “I could do that.” Well, girl, next time hire some hot body builders, because it doesn’t look like you can.

The Blast got a hold of court documents which say that the federal government is looking into Terrence’s finances. Apparently, they are interested in potential financial crimes being committed by Terrence and his third/fourth wife Mira Howard involving a company owned by Mira called Universal Bridges Inc. Which sounds like a front to me. What are you building, Mira? Bridges? Those real bridges or metaphorical ones? Hmm? There’s some scrutiny to throw around there.

This is going down in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Terrence has already hired a high profile white collar criminal attorney–as one should. They learned about this investigation on May 20th and The Blast’s sources say that within the last few weeks some federal investigators have already spoken with Terrence.

This is not the first time that Terrence has had tax issues as he was hit with a tax lien last April for not paying California $143,538.61 in taxes from 2010. And he also got hit with a tax lien in 2010 for $1.1 million and again in 2006 for $600,000. S

Well if Terrence does end up getting in big, big trouble with the law I’m sure he won’t serve too long a sentence. DMX served less than a year for the same thing and then hopped right into a movie! Terrence just needs to make sure he’s fully stocked on Baby Wipes and it’ll be smooth sailing.
