Kate Mara Gave Birth To A Baby Girl

May 28, 2019 / Posted by:

My predictive powers are unmatched. Back in January, when they announced they were having a baby, I predicted that we’d all forget that Kate Mara and Jamie Bell were a couple until the baby was born. Be honest with me now, did you forget? I sure did! Well I’m here to remind you that they are still very much an item, and they just had a baby girl.

Just when you thought you’d finally figured out your Kate from your Rooney, there’s a new Mara girl in the mix. We don’t know her name yet, but she’ll undoubtedly become known for choosing a mixture of prestige television projects and intellectually challenging film roles. But for right now, she’s happy to star in the Instagram Original series Feet. According to People, Kate and Jamie recently welcomed a baby daughter into their family, and Kate made the announcement on Instagram.

Kate and Jamie have been married since 2017, and Jamie has a 5-year-old son with his ex Evan Rachel Wood. The couple officially announced the news that they were expecting at Elton John’s AIDS foundation Oscar party.

And Jamie was most recently in Rocketman playing Bernie Taupin, so I’m hoping Elton gifted the couple with a little rhinestone encrusted onesie. But even if he did, we probably won’t be able to see it. Kate and Jamie are not the types to be pimping out the baby on the gram. Jamie doesn’t even have an account for crying out loud! These so called “stars” are doing it all wrong. We’ll just have to go back to not remembering they’re a couple until they decide to announce the baby’s name, which is bound to be something sober and practical. Or maybe they’ll surprise us and let Uncle Elton name her something like Astrid Eltina Starstrutter.
