UPDATE: Restraining order granted!

I can’t believe it’s 2019 and I’m writing about Sam Lutfi harassing Britney Spears. But according to Team Brit Brit, he’s harassing her so much that she has to file a temporary restraining order for herself, her children and even her parents. Britney’s former manager took a break from breaking into Frances’s Bean’s ex-husband’s house (and maybe even roughing up his mom) and is reportedly back to messing with Brit Brit.

According to The Blast

Britney Spears is looking forward to the future, but she can’t escape her ugly past and claims her ex-manager began harassing her, and her mother, days after she checked out of the mental health facility.

Spears’ attorney is filing documents on her behalf Tuesday in Los Angeles, seeking a temporary restraining order against Sam Lutfi.

Britney’s parents believe that Sam played a major role in her 2008 meltdown and he’s already sued them for defamation of character (they settled for an undisclosed amount). Well, he must of pissed through that money and is not ready to let his former Frapp loving cash cow go cause now he’s threatening to release private photos if he doesn’t get what he wants.

The documents claim Lutfi has threatened to release “trunks” of photos and other damaging material he collected when he worked with Britney.

Oh, Sam, don’t you know that Daddy Spears is the only one who is allowed to make money off of Brit. With that being said, Brit has also called Sam out recently, claiming that fake emails he put together years ago were making the rounds.

Lynne also says that Sam has been trying to manipulate her:

According to the message to Lynne, Sam wrote, “You are the one that’s been breaking your back for your children your entire life and yet you are still having to answer to people that have done nothing for your family yet they are in charge.”

He also said, “You need to stop allowing anyone to treat you poorly. Lou [Britney’s business manager] lives like a queen and does what she wants. You how how poorly she speaks about you behind your back,” adding, “I want to just be able to provide you all the resources that you’ll need for this transition if that is the plan. Everything from counsel to $.”

He also allegedly sent Lynne $1,000 which she sent back and asked him to not contact him. I’m glad to see that Lynne is refusing contact with this charlatan but with Lynne’s recent court filings it’s hard to say if she has been influenced by what he had to say and the whole #FreeBritney movement in general. Lynne also filed more papers saying that Brit Brit’s mental health situation is “dire” and she’s not doing well after leaving treatment.

This reboot of Brit Brit’s tragic situation from 2008 is the worst for many reasons. When reboots happen, don’t they usually switch things up a little and add some new faces? Why was not Sam Lutfi recast, so we wouldn’t have to suffer through the pain of seeing the name Sam Lutfi? I want a refund.
