Juicy Joe Is One Step Closer To Heading Back To Italy As His Deportation Appeal Was Denied

Joe Giudice of Real Housewives Of New Jersey is getting closer to packing a bag and leaving the United States (and also his wife Teresa Giudice) for good. The Board of Immigration Appeals decided to deny Joe’s deportation appeal and while his lawyer is still doing all he can to keep him in the US, it seems like Joe’s fate may be sealed.

People reports that things are looking grim for old Juicy Joe. He and Teresa got in trouble with the law all the way back in 2013 for a bunch of fraudulent money-type charges. They both pled guilty, because they were, and Teresa went to prison for 11 months on mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud charges and then Joe did 41 months. These two were hoping for a fresh start and would go back to making millions of dollars but this time they would actually pay taxes like good Americans. Except America decided to burst Joe’s bubble and the government decided to deport him.

Joe appealed this choice, and we’ve been waiting to hear back. Well the answer came back and it’s not looking good for Juicy Joe. After the Board of Immigration Appeals denied Joe’s appeal, the Giudice family attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., told People in a statement:

“We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal… We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he know, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”

Joe has lived in the United States since he was a child, but never obtained American citizenship.

Teresa had previously said that she’s going to break up with Joe if he gets deported because she can’t do the long-distance thing even though they’ve have been married since 1998 and have four daughters.

She may be ready to leave Joe, but at least she’ll have the memories. She got all nostalgic after learning her husband was probably headed back to Italy and posted the old picture above of him and three of their daughters:

A bunch of her followers decided to flood her with some love:

“God is good Trea, you’re an excellent parent, and so is Joe. That will never change”

“Stay strong babe.”

“Praying for you all Teresa that he gets to come home to you and all your girls.”

God is good, Teresa! Jesus hated money so I guess he’d love tax evasion? And another user got political:

“This government is a disgrace. We give so many immigrants free EVERYTHING and they won’t let your hard working husband stay for one mistake. Disgrace. Praying for you and your beautiful family. God is good and it will work out it always does.”

So this person is claiming that they want to support Joe–a “hard working husband”–who is an illegal immigrant who didn’t pay taxes and went to jail for it, but he’s not like those other immigrants who get “EVERYTHING” for free? …Sure.

Who knows what the future has in store of Joe, but I sure know what’s in store of Teresa. This is going to be her Real Housewives Of New Jersey narrative for the rest of her life. It may be a sad moment but maybe find a second to pop a bottle of champagne Teresa; you just hit Real Housewives tenure.
