Blac Chyna Is Getting Sued For $50k For Unpaid Rent Money

Blac Chyna needs to change her name to Broke Chyna because not only has she lost her kash-kow payments from Rob Kardashian (or Rob’s mom, I should say) and now has to fully sustain her lifestyle and income on FlatTummy Tea and skin bleach, she is now getting sued for not paying rent.

TMZ is reporting that Chyna had been renting a home in Studio City, CA since April 2017 and that’s where she was supposed to be staying until March 2019. But she had a change of heart and decided she needed to cut out early and so she moved out last November. November is also when Rob began his fight to stop paying Chyna as much child support. She probably saw the writing on the wall and knew her #GetMoney days were coming to an end and she needed to downsize so she cut and ran for a cheaper lease.

Problem is, when she moved out she didn’t leave a credit card number or a check for the amount of the remaining rent on her lease. (That was on purpose.) Her landlord had his lawyers draw up papers and hand them to Chyna, letting her know he was coming after her for almost $50,0000.

Her landlord has some math for you. He says Chyna owes $55,546 for 5 months rent, minus the $25,000 deposit, plus $18,000 in damages because Chyna allegedly removed “fixtures and equipment” when she left.

In total, Blac Chyna owes $48,546. JK that amount plus attorney fees and interest. Which Rob Kardashian now will not be funding her with. Somewhere Kris Jenner is laughing. The landlord’s lawyer is really just Kim Kardashian in a suit and moustache. Getting in that articling work early, huh, Kim?
