Olivia Jade And Her Sister Are Still Enrolled At USC

Olivia Jade might actually have to worry about maintaining a 2.0 GPA because the poor thing is still enrolled at USC. Turns out neither her nor her sister Isabella Giannulli actually dropped out as previously reported after Operation Varsity Blues sent their folks, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli, to jail (and then back to their multi-million dollar Bel Air Mansion after posting $1 million in bail. Each!). Maybe the girls are waiting to actually get expelled so they can qualify for student unemployment benefits. Look, I went to community college for 6 years, I obviously don’t know how any of this works. But according to Today, Olivia and Isabella STILL might have a paper due for their Navigating Media and News in the Digital Age class. Haha, as if they write their own papers!

Today reports:

The school confirmed to NBC News on Friday that Isabella Giannulli and her younger sister, Olivia, were still students at USC, despite reports to the contrary.

“We have confirmed that both Olivia Giannulli and Isabella Giannulli still are enrolled,” USC media relations specialist Ron Mackovich told NBC News in a statement.

USC is sticking to their original statement, that they are “conducting a case-by-case review for current students and graduates that may be connected to the scheme.” So maybe Olivia and Isabella are just going to wait this one out to see what happens. Dropping out might seem like an admission of guilt. It’s not like Olivia spent a lot of time going to class anyway. Meanwhile, the entire family is hunkered down” in Bel Air until mom and dad have to appear in court in Boston next week. So if you are in the Bel Air area and feel the earth shaking, don’t panic and grab the earthquake kit. It’s probably just every door in the Loughlin-Mossimo house being slammed over and over and over. This is probably the most time they’ve spent together as a family in years.

Lori’s lucky she can at least rely on her family for support. Roseanne Barr probably flew into a jealous rage this weekend when she heard that Lori’s fake Fuller House fam has apparently decided to stand by her through her current ordeal. People reports that while accepting a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award for Favorite Funny TV Show, Lori’s cast mates Andrea Barber, Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin, all made a point to state that family sticks together, no matter what.

“Thank you for voting Fuller House as your favorite funny TV show. You have been laughing alongside of our family for four seasons and this family has a lot of heart,” Barber, 42, said.

“And where there’s a lot of heart, there’s a lot of love,” Cameron Bure, 42, added. “And a loving family sticks together no matter what.”

Without specifically mentioning Loughlin — who did not attend the ceremony — by name, Cameron Bure went on to share that family sticks “together through the hard times.”

Jodie concluded that “the fifth and final season is gonna be amazing” but it’s still unknown if, or to what degree, Lori will be involved. Maybe they can write her predicament into the plot in a very special episode called Christmas In The Clink.
