Kate Beckinsale Brought Pete Davidson To Dinner With Her Mom
It’s been a little over two months since Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale left that Golden Globes after-party together, and many thought that she’d break up with him over a text during an Uber ride back home the next day. But they’re still at it, and now they’re at serious level: Dinner With Mom.
It looks like despite what she first thought, Kate actually is interested in getting serious with Pete Davidson. The guy who is “exactly” her “type” got to meet Kate’s mom, as People is reporting that Kate took Pete out to a dinner with her mom, Judy Loe, and her stepfather, Roy Batterby, seen above thinking, “I can’t believe my stepdaughter is with him.”
Kate brought Pete and the fam to Nobu yesterday and it was a big day. Not just a regular pap stroll for the publicity, Kate actually went to dinner for a serious event: the 40th anniversary of her father’s death. I mean, yeah she could have picked a restaurant that isn’t constantly flooded with hungry paparazzi looking to catch a celebrity couple, but maybe she really likes their Spicy Uni Shooter?
Kate’s dad, Richard Beckinsale, died suddenly of a heart attack when she was only 5 years old. He was 31. Pete has this tragedy in common with Kate, as his father also died when he was young as a firefighter during 9/11. Kate put up a commemorative post on her Instagram yesterday:

Pete and Kate have really hit it off since they started hanging out two-ish months ago. A source told People:
“She’s very happy with Pete… They have really similar senses of humor and she’s always laughing with him.”
Wow… Kate must have a very juvenile sense of humor. Why do I picture her pulling his finger and laughing as he farts? So Kate and Pete are really really official, because you don’t take your boyfriend out with your mom on the anniversary of your dad’s death unless it’s big business… or you’re that hungry for paparazzi publicity.
But Kate needs to be careful. Pete is clearly into older women and her mother is beating her in that department at the tender age of 72. Better keep both eyes open, Kate! Don’t want to lose your man to a sexy old lady. That big dick energy of his seems to be quite alluring.
