Jeff Lewis’ Surrogate Dropped Her Lawsuit Against Him And Bravo

Judgmental House-Flipping Gay, Jeff Lewis, is getting some good news this week. The woman he used as a surrogate to birth his daughter, Alexandra Trent, has dropped her lawsuit against him, his ex Gage Edward, and Bravo for humiliating her and dissing her cooch on national television. Also good news for Jeff: there’s a two-for-one Botox special at his dermatologist’s office.

The Blast is reporting that Jeff Lewis is off the hook. Alexandra was suing Jeff, Gage, Bravo and Authentic Entertainment because of the humiliation she endured from the episode of Flipping Out where she gives birth. In case you forgot why Alexandra was so mad, she says she never gave Bravo permission to film her vagina in the delivery room and while there, Jeff vagina-shamed her by making this comment about her snatch:

“If I was a surrogate, and I had known there was going to be an audience, I probably would have waxed. And that was the shocking part for Gage. I don’t think Gage had ever seen a vagina, let alone one that big.”

What a kind way to speak about the woman who just held a life inside of her for 9 months and didn’t drink alcohol or smoke drugs and probably had to deal with his high maintenance bullshit the whole time.

According to court documents, Alexandra has informed the court that she is dismissing all claims against everybody “with prejudice”. When something is dismissed with prejudice, it means that the issues cannot be brought to court again, so Alexandra won’t have another crack at suing.

Jeff must be living for this news, because last October he was trying his damndest to get the court proceedings sealed, wanting to clear things up in arbitration because he didn’t want the content of the lawsuit getting out. A judge did not care about Jeff’s preference, and told him he would have to take the stand and testify at a public trial. The trial was to begin sometime this year and the judge informed Alexandra and Jeff that their teams should start getting prepared. Luckily for Jeff, Alexandra changed her mind . Or more likely: Jeff found out how much money Alexandra was after and handed it to her himself without a judge having to hear how much of a psycho he is.

Jeff clearly wanted to make this huge big deal about having a baby and airing it on Bravo and it was going to be this big launch event, but no sis… Wasn’t going to happen. There is a hierarchy of gays at Bravo and Jeff is not at the top. Andy Cohen is. Which is why his baby launch was a huge success. Take notes Jeff: there’s always next time.
