Michael Jackson’s Children Are Considering Legal Action Against Wade Robson And James Safechuck

The Michael Jackson estate has already filed its own lawsuit against HBO for Leaving Neverland, and now Michael Jackson’s children are considering taking legal action. Page Six reports that Paris, Prince and Prince Michael Jackson II (Blanket) are thinking about suing the Wade Robson and James Safechuck, the two accusers whose stories make up Leaving Neverland.

HBO is already under the microscope from the Jackson estate who are suing them for a whopping $100 million because of the Leaving Neverland documentary. The doc has led to radio stations dropping Michael Jackson, and even The Simpsons pulled an episode with him in it. Paris Jackson has previously admitted she never watched the documentary, but she also made no secret of saying she doesn’t believe Wade or James’ accusations against her father. Well, now Michael’s kids are thinking of throwing lawsuits at Wade and James for defamation.

According to a source close to this mess, the potential lawsuit would be for fraud, emotional distress, slander and misrepresentation. But Page Six is also hearing that the Jackson kids don’t want money, at least for themselves. Which makes sense since they’re no doubt rich as fuck –it turns out they want to sue Wade and James for the sake of suing and they plan on giving any money they receive away to charity. And beyond the cash money, the kids want Wade and James to take “responsibility” and to give an “apology” for their involvement and accusations. Which, if you’ve seen the documentary and heard what these guys are accusing Michael of, I don’t see happening.

The source says that: “It’s very important to [the kids] they carry forward [Michael’s] legacy of philanthropy and humility.” Which is why they are humbly considering suing two men accusing their father of abusing them.

Also joining the lawsuit is Aaron Carter, who is suing for pain and suffering over watching his icon get dragged through the mud. I’m kidding, he isn’t suing, but the year’s not over. And unlike the Jackson kids, he will take a piece of the money awarded because he needs to move out of his Subaru Impreza so he can do interviews with TMZ in a BMW next time.
