Joe Giudice Of “The Real Housewives Of New Jersey” Is Out Of Prison… And Is Now In ICE Detention

Joe Giudice got to enjoy freedom for all of fifteen seconds, because it’s being reported that after his stint in prison, Joe was picked up by different authorities, this time of the immigration variety, and he was once again detained and he’s going to stay that way for a while. What’s a great way to celebrate completing 41 months in prison? More lock-up time!

People is reporting that today, Juicy Joe finally finished up all the prison time he was sentenced to for all of the cons and fraud he pulled with Teresa Giudice. We already had been aware that Joe was supposed to get deported after he finished jail because he’s not an American citizen.

After Joe was let out of Allenwood Low Federal Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania, ICE was there waiting for him and they scooped him up quick. TMZ says he was brought to a detention centre at an “unknown location” and he’s going to be there until he his appeal. His lawyer, James Leonard Jr., is super hopeful that things are going to not go terribly for him and Joe will get to stay in America with his family:

“Mr. Giudice has finished serving his federal prison sentence and was transferred early this morning from the Bureau of Prisons to a facility in western Pennsylvania which houses immigration detainees… His lawyers and his family are hopeful that justice will prevail and Mr. Guidice will return home to his wife and four daughters who love him and miss him.”

His wife whose been seen out with other men? His wife whose been going up and down reunion shows telling anyone who’ll listen she’ll leave him if he’s deported? Oh yeah, bring that up. I hope that Joe can find a new life for himself in Italy. I don’t know how he’ll recover after losing a hot piece like Teresa. Hopefully there’s someone in Italy who’s just as elegant and expensive-looking.
