Tamron Hall Is Pregnant

I knew there were secrets galore in hallways of the Today show, but apparently the best-kept secret of all is that Tamron Hall is 48. Alas, that isn’t the news here. In a move that probably has Megyn Kelly wondering why she didn’t go that route instead of, uh, what she did for attention, Tamron let us know that she has a talk show and a new baby coming out soon.

People has more details about Tamron’s upcoming bundle of joy, her first. Tamron kinda alluded to how it isn’t necessarily the safest age to give birth because she said she’s 32 weeks pregnant:

“I’ve wanted to share this news for many months and now finally my doctor has said I am in a safe place, at 32 weeks, to share my joy with y’all. So, it’s clear a daytime talk show isn’t the only thing I’ve been trying to produce! There have been many tears, but today I embrace the smiles. My husband Steven and I are beyond excited! We’re in constant prayer, so if you pray, add us to your list; if you meditate, send calmness our way; and if you believe in luck, we’ll happily take that too.â€

Whew, I was beginning to think the daytime TV gods really had it out for her since Harvey Weinsteinflubbed her first chance at a talk show, and now a baby was going to prove lightning strikes twice! Alas, she’ll be able to give birth and be ready for her show come this fall. Oh, and of course she had to remind us about Baby Shark:

Tamron has kept her marriage to Steven under wraps, so all we really know about him is he works in the entertainment industry. When she was still on Today, she wrote a blog about regretting not having a kid in her twenties but still had the ability to be a caring person. It wasn’t long after when Megyn came along and snatched Tamron’s third hour of Today. Considering Tamron is about to have a baby PLUS a daytime talk show while Megyn sits at home watching Netflix and trying not to get a nervous twitch when she sees Jane Fonda on a Grace & Frankie promo, I think Tamron is showing revenge is a dish best served in the form of a poopy diaper.
