Kim Kardashian Is Suing A Fashion House For Using Her Image To Sell Knockoffs

After Kim Kardashian‘s Twitter tirade in regards to Fashion Nova recreating that church appropriate Thierry Mugler dress she wore last weekend, I thought she would maybe disappear to deal with her family’s ongoing drama because that’s rehearsal time for the next season. However, in an attempt to bask in all of the attention while the spotlight is on her, Kim is now suing a different knock-off house because she’s tired of them using her image to sell their discounted duds.

Kim is a blank faced walking billboard and thrives on sashaying around in expensive clothes nobody else can afford. Well not anymore bitch! Another site similar to Fashion Nova, Missguided USA, also enjoys selling versions of high end pieces at bargain basement prices and Kim has finally had enough! TMZ reports that in an attempt to keep fashion pure and inaccessible to the poor she’s suing Missguided USA for using her image on their Instagram page which gives consumers the false idea that she supports their practices.

Kim just filed suit against Missguided USA — an online retailer that sells outfits resembling ones worn by celebs, and oftentimes by Kim herself — for using her name and image without permission to advertise their own “knock-off” designs.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim cites multiple instances where Missguided posted its own versions of outfits Kim was photographed wearing. Kim claims the outfits are often whipped up and peddled in a matter of days, sometimes hours.

Kim wants to be paid for the unauthorized usage of her image and if this case goes to trial Missguided USA is looking at a $10 million lawsuit, which means they’ll be selling their cheap clothes nonstop around the clock for the next 30 years. Fashion Nova can count their blessings that the only reason they’re not getting sued is because they never used Kim’s image on their site, although the model looks like the version of Kim she wishes she saw in the mirror everyday. $10 million will buy a lot of plastic surgery though so maybe the Fashion Nova picture will be Kim’s inspiration during the next go ’round of nips and tucks.
